Processing Times

  • All orders are processed within 2–5 business days unless otherwise stated.

  • Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

  • During high-volume periods, launches, or promotions, processing times may be slightly delayed.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days depending on location

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to weather, carrier issues, or holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Don’t Get Weak is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been handed over to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. If an incorrect address is entered, please contact us immediately. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed.

International Orders

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, taxes, or import charges required by their country.

Damaged Orders

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item(s)

  • Photos of the packaging
